Founded with a clear mission—to empower minority-owned and emerging construction companies—JRC offers expert consulting in project estimating, field inspections, quality control, business development, and operational efficiency.

Our founder, Jose Restrepo, rose from the trenches of labor-intensive fieldwork to leading multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects as a construction manager. Today, he leads JRC with the same dedication and purpose that built his own career—providing actionable strategies, mentorship, and scalable systems that help contractors thrive in both the public and private sectors.
