Growing up around the construction industry, Daniela Restrepo had the unique privilege of learning firsthand from her father—not only as the owner of the company, but as a mentor. What began as a father-daughter bond evolved into a strong professional partnership, where she gained deep insight into both the business and technical sides of construction.

Today, Daniela serves as Jose Restrepo Consulting’s Business Manager while also applying her experience as a Project Engineer in heavy civil construction. With a strong understanding of field operations and a commitment to continuous learning, she is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering to further strengthen her technical foundation. Daniela is dedicated to honoring and expanding the family legacy by contributing meaningfully to each project and helping shape the future of the company and the communities it serves.
